On fifteen April 1965, the 1st prototype done its maiden flight; the primary output standard Puma created its first flight during September 1968. Deliveries towards the French Army commenced in early 1969; the type promptly proved by itself for being a commercial success. Production of the Puma continued in the eighties beneath Sud Aviation's succe
